Digital Literacy Training and Technical Support - Digital Equity Center at Temple University
Description: Provides an on-site open computer lab, digital literacy training, affordable internet options, home computer solutions, and technical support via their hotline.
Location: 1918 N 11th St, Philadelphia PA 19122.

PCs for People
Description: Provides refurbished computers to eligible customers for affordable prices, starting at $0-29. To place an order, you will need photo identification and documentation of current enrollment in an income-based government assistance program OR documentation of current household income (under 200% of the federal poverty line or under 60% of the area median income).
In-person Location and Hours: 2251 N Broad St, Philadelphia PA 19132. Open Monday – Friday, 10am-4:30pm. Not open on weekends.

Xiente Digital Literacy Classes
Description: Two levels, Basic and Intermediate, to learn essential tasks such as website navigation, email management, job applications, virtual meeting participation, and more. Classes are in English and in Spanish.
Location and Time: Norris Square Senior Center (2121 N Howard St, Philadelphia PA 19122) every Monday at 9:30am.

Computer 101 Digital Literacy Classes
Organization: Urban League of Philadelphia and Drexel University Dornsife Center for Neighborhood Partnerships
Description: Learn computer basics like email, typing, and staying safe online.
Location and Time: In-person training sessions are available Tuesday – Thursday from 5-7pm at the KEYSPOT computer lab (3509 Spring Garden St, Philadelphia PA 19104) in West Philadelphia.

Tech Tutoring: Digital Navigators (English and Spanish)
Location: Online/Over the phone
Description: Designed to assist the local community members in Philadelphia, with information on Internet access and basic technical support issues. Digital Navigators can also help you enroll for discounted internet when available.

Digital Literacy Training - Generations on Line:
Description: Generations on Line guides individuals or organizations via training tools and tutorials in teaching Senior citizens how to use the Internet, email, texting, photos, apps, videochats, and all the basic tools, including voice recognition, to participate in the cyber world of endless possibilities.
