Get Digital Resources: Digital Navigators (Multilingual)
Location: Over the phone
Description: Designed to assist local community members in Philadelphia with information on Internet access, digital literacy training, and basic technical support issues. Digital Navigators can also help you enroll for discounted internet when available.

Digital Literacy Training and Technical Support: Digital Access Center at Temple University (English)
Description: Provides an on-site open computer lab, digital literacy training, affordable internet options, home computer solutions, and technical support via their hotline.

Digital Literacy Training and Technical Support: TechOWL Community Space
Description: Provides hands-on experience with assistive technology.

Affordable Devices: PCs for People
Description: Provides refurbished computers to eligible customers for affordable prices. To place an order, you will need photo identification and documentation of current enrollment in an income-based government assistance program OR documentation of current household income (under 200% of the federal poverty line or under 60% of the area median income).

Digital Literacy Training: Beyond Literacy

Digital Literacy Training: Generations on Line
Description: Generations on Line guides individuals or organizations via training tools and tutorials in teaching Senior citizens how to use the Internet, email, texting, photos, apps, videochats, and all the basic tools, including voice recognition, to participate in the cyber world of endless possibilities.

Free Library of Philadelphia
Description: Get a Library Card with the Free Library of Philadelphia. You can get access to language and education classes, books and magazines (physical or online), use the Internet within any Free Library around the city, and much more.
