Philly Community Wireless’s headquarters is located at the Norris Square Neighborhood Project (NSNP), at 2141 N Howard St. We are on the east side of Norris Square Park.

We started PCW in Norris Square for several reasons: technical feasibility, a need for digital access, and a vibrant community full of incredible community organizations.

Our headquarters at NSNP is a quick walk from either the York-Dauphin or Berks Market-Frankford Line SEPTA stops.
Street parking is available around Norris Square Park; availabiliy is limited.
There is an Indego stop a ~5 minute walk away at 2nd and Norris next to The Ground Coffee.
